Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Tuesday's trading session with a decline of 71.21 points, or 0.67 percent, settling at 10,509.82 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed the exchange of 168,033,432 shares, amounting to a value of QAR 499,635,969.410, conducted through 28,716 transactions across all sectors. The session saw the shares of 21 companies rise, while 30 companies experienced a decline. Additionally, three companies maintained their previous closing prices.
At the close of the trading session, the market capitalization was recorded at QAR 624,478,473,965.914, showing a decrease from QAR 629,519,254,245.292 in the previous session.
