Doha: Oil prices tumbled 5% on Tuesday to two-week lows: Brent crude futures tumbled $4.61, or 5.2%, to $83.75 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude tumbled $4.06, or 4.9%, to $78.55.
According to Qatar News Agency, the two benchmarks were on track to post their lowest closes since July 13 after a nearly 17% three-session slide.
