DOHA-The Qatar Olympic Academy (QOA) held module 6 of Advanced Sport Management Course in its 12th edition last week.
The lectures of module 6, which were delivered by Prof. Holga Bros, focused lights on organizing a major sport event.
During the three-day training course which brought together 23 trainees, Prof. Holga Bros highlighted how can the trainees identify the main phases involved in organizing the event, identify the main tasks involved in running the event and develop an appropriate legal and operational framework for the event.
He also shed lights on identifying and managing the human resources needed to organize the event.
Prof. Holga Bros lauded the development at the QOA and wished he can continue his cooperation with academy at the upcoming training programs.
