Doha: Qatar Tourism's Service Excellence Academy has launched 'The Art of Front Office Hospitality', aiming to provide training to 400 frontline hotel staff from properties rated four stars and below.
According to Qatar News Agency, the two-day training course is designed to address the specific needs of this segment, focusing on guest relations, cultural sensitivity, and operational efficiency. A press release issued Monday by Qatar Tourism highlighted that the program's first batch of 84 participants has successfully completed the course and received certification.
This initiative is part of Qatar Tourism's broader Service Excellence strategy, contributing to the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030. The program aims to foster professional development and raise service standards across the tourism sector.
