A series of telephone calls and meetings by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani with officials from neighboring countries underscore Qatar's commitment to fostering external dialogue.
According to Qatar News Agency, Al-Arab newspaper emphasized Qatar's deepening coordination with Turkiye and Jordan, which highlights the robust Arab and Islamic collaboration. Additionally, dialogues with France, India, Ghana, and North Macedonia exhibit Qatar's efforts to build cooperative bridges at the international level. The newspaper stressed that Lebanon and the region need intensive diplomatic support to navigate their crises, with Qatar proving its reliability as a peace and security partner.
Al-Raya newspaper praised Qatar's success in establishing itself as an international hub for search and rescue and humanitarian assistance during crises. The Qatari International Search and Rescue Group of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) stands out as a regional model, combining high field readiness with advanced training and equipment to respond rapidly to disasters worldwide. The Peninsula newspaper highlighted Qatar's commitment to providing high-quality education for all, including resident families. Under the Third National Development Strategy, the country aims to increase the percentage of graduates in scientific disciplines to 18% by 2030, aligning with state requirements in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data science sectors. The Ministry of Education and Higher Education plans to establish four new STEM secondary schools next academic year to boost science and technology graduates, while also expanding scholarship and university placement opportunities domestically and internationally.
