Doha: Deposit rates at opening as issued on Monday by Qatar National Bank (QNB) have been made available, detailing the latest rates for various currencies over different time durations.
According to Qatar News Agency, the rates for USD deposits at QNB start at 3.68243% for one month, and decrease to 3.42647% for twelve months. For the Japanese Yen (JPY), rates begin at 0.60000% for one month and rise to 0.80000% for a twelve-month deposit. The Swiss Franc (CHF) sees rates from -0.20000% for one month to 0.02000% for twelve months. Meanwhile, the British Pound (GBP) starts at 3.64000% for one month and increases to 3.95000% over twelve months.
Qatar Riyal (QAR) deposit rates begin at 4.07500% for one month and decrease to 3.75000% for twelve months. For the Saudi Riyal (SAR), rates are 4.50000% for one month and remain relatively stable, ending at 4.30000% for twelve months. The UAE Dirham (AED) rates start at 2.05000% for one month, rising to 3.15000% for twelve months. Lastly, the Bahraini Dinar (BHD) begins and ends at 4.50000% for one month, decreasing to 4.10000% for twelve-month deposits.
