New york: Qatar participated Monday in a high-level ministerial event on water diplomacy, hosted by Saudi Arabia on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The event, titled “Water Diplomacy: A Bridge for Sustainable Development and Cooperation,” saw the presence of Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation, Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad.
According to Qatar News Agency, Dr. Al Misnad underscored the essential role of water diplomacy in promoting regional stability and advancing sustainable development.
