Qatar and North Macedonia Sign Three Key Agreements Following Political Talks

Doha: A round of political talks was held on Sunday in Doha between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Republic of North Macedonia. The discussions were led by HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi for Qatar, and HE Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski for North Macedonia.

According to Qatar News Agency, the talks focused on enhancing bilateral relations and exploring avenues for further cooperation between the two nations. Several issues of common interest were also on the agenda. As a culmination of these discussions, the two governments signed three significant agreements aimed at strengthening their diplomatic ties.

The agreements include the establishment of political consultations between the two foreign ministries, a collaboration in diplomatic training and development, and a mutual exemption from entry visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and official passports. The agreements were signed by His Excellency the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs on behalf of Qatar, and by His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs for North Macedonia.
