Gaza, The ongoing Israeli airstrikes against the besieged Gaza Strip have raised the toll of Palestinian martyrs to 379, increasing the total death toll of people killed since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7 to 4,651.
The Palestine News and Info Agency (WAFA) reported that 44 people were killed in Khan Yunis City, 57 in Rafah City, 66 in Gaza City, and 44 in the northern area, in addition to 168 in the central Gaza governorate, of whom almost 70 percent are children, women, and elderly.
The number of children killed in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank so far reached 1,903, out of the total death toll, whereas the number of slain women reached 1,024, and the number of elderly killed reached 187.
The unprecedented and widespread Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and the West Bank continues, destroying entire neighborhoods and leaving thousands of martyrs and wounded Palestinian civilians, most of whom are children and women.
Rescue teams are facing extreme difficulty in counting the number of martyrs as a result of the ongoing violent bombing of the Gaza Strip, with international warnings of a humanitarian and health catastrophe resulting from the stifling siege imposed by the Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip, deliberately cutting off of food, water, electricity, and fuel supplies.
