According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement, the army reported that its forces conducted the operation based on intelligence information that confirmed the movements of militants in Dera Ismail Khan of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, pointing out that a top leader of one of the armed groups was among those who had been killed, in addition to seizing a large cache of their weapons.
