Doha: HE Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah met with HE Minister of Family and Human Rights Development of the Federal Republic of Somalia Khadija Mohamed Al Makhzoumi. The meeting focused on discussing various aspects of joint cooperation on human rights issues and explored ways to exchange relevant expertise and experiences between the two parties.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions aimed at strengthening the collaboration between Qatar and Somalia in the field of human rights. Both officials emphasized the importance of sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of human rights initiatives in their respective countries.
