Doha: The Muslim World League (MWL) praised the launch by Saudi Arabia and its partners, Belgium, Denmark, France, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, of the Emergency Coalition for the Financial Sustainability of the Palestinian Authority. Secretary-General of the MWL and the Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, expressed in a statement his confidence and hope in the success of this coalition in achieving its goals in bringing peace and implementing the two-state solution based on international legitimacy and related resolutions.
According to Qatar News Agency, Al Issa said that the integration of the initiatives of this political process in the history of the Palestinian cause has demonstrated the power and effectiveness of diplomacy.
