New york: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation have formalized a collaborative effort by signing a letter of intent focused on humanitarian aid and development. This significant agreement was reached on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to Qatar News Agency, the letter of intent was co-signed by HE Minister of State for International Cooperation, Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, and HE Vice-Minister for International Cooperation, and Director General of the Swiss Development Cooperation Agency (SDC), Patricia Danzi. This partnership aims to enhance cooperation between the two entities in addressing pressing global challenges related to humanitarian aid and development.
