New york: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation, Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, met with HE Executive Director of the World Food Program, Cindy McCain, on the margins of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. During the meeting, both sides discussed cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Program in the areas of food security and humanitarian response.
According to Qatar News Agency, they also deliberated on avenues for consolidating partnerships to ensure the flow of aid to communities in greatest need.
