Geneva: HE Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri met with HE Minister of Labour, Jobs, and Employment of the Republic of Ghana Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, on the sidelines of the conference on the future of the Fair Recruitment Initiative held in Geneva on Monday. The meeting discussed aspects of joint cooperation between the two countries in the labour sector and ways to enhance and develop them.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between the two ministers focused on potential collaborations aimed at improving labour practices and policies. The meeting emphasized the importance of mutual support and knowledge exchange to foster better employment opportunities and fair recruitment processes in both countries.
