Baghdad, Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari stressed that the role of authentic Iraqi tribes is great in defeating terrorism and crime. The Ministry stated in a statement: "On the sidelines of his presence in Anbar Governorate, Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari met today with sheikhs and dignitaries of the tribes in the city of Fallujah, and was informed of their conditions and needs." The Minister stressed that the role of authentic Iraqi tribes is great in defeating terrorism and crime in all its forms, appreciating the great efforts they have made in various circumstances. For their part, the attendees appreciated the efforts made by the Ministry of Interior to provide services to citizens and work to enhance security and stability in all regions of the country.
