Doha: Weather inshore tonight until 6:00 am on Friday will be mild and hazy at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, hazy to misty at places with some clouds, the report added.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly to northeasterly at speeds ranging from 05 to 15 KT. Offshore, the wind will be variable, mainly southeasterly to northeasterly, with speeds between 03 to 13 KT.
Visibility inshore is expected to range from 04 to 09 KM, while offshore visibility will be between 04 to 09 KM, potentially reducing to 03 KM or less at times. The sea state inshore will range from 1 to 2 FT, and offshore it will be 1 to 3 FT.
Tide timings across various areas have been detailed as follows: Doha will experience high tide at 03:37 and 16:33, and low tide at 10:45 and 22:54. Messaid will have high tide at 04:58 and 16:03, with low tide at 12:17 and 23:39. Wakrah’s high tide is expected at 03:26 and 17:47, with low tide at 11:11 and 22:51. Al Khor will see high tide at 15:14 and 04:27, and low tide at 19:40 and 11:05. In Ruwais, high tide is expected at 04:27 and 17:01, with low tide at 11:05 and 23:31. Dukhan will experience high tide at 09:12 and 21:31, and low tide at 03:07 and 15:21. Sunrise is expected at 05:14 LT, and sunset at 17:54 LT.
