Doha: The Department of Meteorology has issued a weather forecast indicating that inshore conditions until 6:00 pm on Wednesday are expected to be relatively hot to hot during the daytime, with slight dust in some areas, and mild weather by night. A warning has been issued for expected strong winds during the daytime.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions are expected to remain fine, though warnings have been issued for strong winds and high seas. Inshore winds will be northwesterly, ranging from 10 to 20 knots, with gusts reaching up to 28 knots throughout the day.
Offshore winds are predicted to be northwesterly as well, with speeds of 8 to 18 knots, occasionally gusting to 23 knots. The inshore sea state is expected to range between 2 and 4 feet, rising to 5 feet at times, while offshore conditions will vary between 3 and 5 feet, rising to 7 feet at times.
Visibility inshore is predicted to range from 4 to 9 kilometers, while offshore visibility is expected to be between 5 and 10 kilometers.
