Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Tuesday will be relatively hot to hot at places daytime with slight dust at times, and mild by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be fine, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
According to Qatar News Agency, the wind inshore is expected to be northwesterly at a speed of 8 – 18 KT, gusting to 26 KT at places during the daytime. Offshore, winds will also be northwesterly, reaching speeds of 10 – 20 KT and gusting to 25 KT at times.
The sea state inshore is anticipated to be between 2 – 4 ft, rising to 5 ft at times, while offshore conditions are forecasted to be 3 – 6 ft, rising to 8 ft at times. Visibility inshore is projected to range from 4 – 9 km, with offshore visibility extending from 5 – 10 km.
