Libya, Tunisia FMs Discuss Regional Issues, Bilateral Cooperation

Doha: Libya's Minister of Foreign Affairs Taher Al Baour and his Tunisian counterpart, Mohamed Ali Nafti, spoke by phone Wednesday to discuss regional and global issues of shared concern.

According to Qatar News Agency, both ministers concurred on the importance of thorough preparation for the upcoming meetings of the Libyan-Tunisian Joint High Committee. These preparations aim to help strengthen bilateral cooperation and elevate ties to new heights.

The discussions also covered bilateral cooperation in the energy and renewable energy sectors. The ministers emphasized the need to advance mutual interests and foster economic integration between the two countries.
