Beirut: Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam and Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah discussed on Monday bilateral relations and efforts to bolster cooperation. Highlighting the depth of bilateral ties, the two sides addressed matters of common concern, primarily dealing with humanitarian, security, and economic cooperation.
According to Qatar News Agency, they also highlighted the importance of activating the joint committee between the two countries, with the Kuwaiti side affirming commitment to continuing the aid provided to Lebanon. In addition, they exchanged views on local, regional, and international developments.
