Israeli Warplanes Conduct Air Raids on Southern Lebanon

Beirut: Israeli warplanes launched a series of air raids targeting several towns in southern Lebanon, accompanied by intensive overflights of the region. The attacks have escalated tensions in the area, affecting multiple locations and causing significant damage.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Israeli airstrikes specifically targeted the towns of Al Sawana and Al Khiyam, alongside a violent raid on Al Haniyah town in the Tyre district. The assaults also extended to Srifa in Tyre district and Qalaouiyah, resulting in the destruction of the Al Risala Scouts Center. Additional raids were reported in the Zahrani region, contributing to widespread devastation.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has reached 123 people, with 683 individuals wounded, from dawn last Monday until Thursday evening. The ongoing conflict continues to exacerbate the humanitarian situation in the region, with international calls for a ceasefire intensifying.
