Doha: Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests on Sunday, detaining 44 Palestinians from various areas of the West Bank. The operation involved multiple regions and included the arrest of former prisoners.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that occupation forces arrested 24 Palestinians from Nablus Governorate and 14 others from Tulkarm. These arrests followed the raiding and searching of their homes.

In the town of Tammun, occupation forces arrested a young man and his sister. Additionally, two young men were arrested from Jenin, and two others were detained from Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem, and Qarawat Bani Hassan. The detainees were reportedly threatened with the demolition of their homes.

These developments coincide with the escalation of daily incursions and attacks by occupation forces and settlers on cities, towns, and refugee camps in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
