Doha: The Israeli combat aircraft on Sunday continued their offensive on villages and towns in southern Lebanon and struck the area between Jarmak, Kfarman, and Houmine El Fouqa, field sources reported.
According to Qatar News Agency, a ceasefire deal came into force in southern Lebanon on Nov. 27, stipulating the Israeli forces’ pullout from border villages and towns within 60 days. Thereafter, the Lebanese government agreed to extend the deadline until Feb. 18. However, the Israeli occupation army maintained its posture at five points and continues its breaches.
