Israel confirms its intention to invade Rafah

Tel Aviv - Ma'an - A spokesman for the occupation government said that Israel is continuing to invade Rafah by land in the war that has been ongoing for more than 200 days. He added that Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, is the last stronghold of the Hamas movement. Rafah currently hosts more than 1.5 million people, most of whom are displaced. Source: Maan News Agency
