Doha: The Israeli occupation forces once again conducted incursions on Tuesday into Syrian territories, specifically in the village of Al Asha in southern Quneitra countryside, arresting a citizen after shooting him. Meanwhile, an Israeli force comprising four combat vehicles moved from Tel Al Ahmar Al Gharbi toward Ain Al Ziwan and temporarily postured between the village and the town of Kodna using a barricade, concomitant with the advance of a convoy of dozens of troops toward Tel Al Ahmar Al Sharqi.
According to Qatar News Agency, early at dawn today, the occupation forces thrust deeper into several areas of southern Quneitra countryside, continuing to breach the 1974 Disengagement Agreement. Syria demands the complete withdrawal of these forces from its occupied territories following the United Nations Security Council's extension of the mandate of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) for an additional six months.
