HMC Announces Operating Hours for Ramadan

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced changes to the operating hours of a number of services for the holy month of Ramadan.

All emergency and inpatient services across HMC's network of hospitals including Pediatric Emergency Centers will continue to operate as normal, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The changes to operating hours affect a number of services delivered remotely via the National Healthcare Helpline number: 16000, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Nesma'ak Customer Service helpline, at 16060 will continue to operate 24 hours a day seven days a week.

The OutPatient Department clinics will run as usual and in conjunction with the Urgent Consultation Service between 9am and 2pm, Sunday to Thursday, whereas the Mental Health Helpline will continue to operate 8 am to 8 pm seven days a week.

HMC Pharmacy Medication Delivery service will be available 9am to 2pm, Sunday to Thursday, whilst the Clinical Imaging Call Center Will operate as usual from Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.
