Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
According to Qatar News Agency, the cable was sent on Sunday as Brazil marked its national Independence Day celebrations. The gesture underscores the cordial relations between Qatar and Brazil and reflects a tradition of extending diplomatic courtesies on significant national occasions.
