Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with HH Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, at Lusail Palace. The meeting was held to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
According to Qatar News Agency, the reception was attended by prominent figures including HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, HE Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Thani, and HH Personal Representative of the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani. Other attendees included HE Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HE Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, and HE Shura Council Speaker Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim.
Additionally, a number of Their Excellencies, the sons of the late Father Amir, and other Sheikhs were present during the meeting. HH the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah was joined by HH Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, HH Chairman of the Public Services Department Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, along with several senior officials.
