Doha: The price of gold in the Qatari market increased by 5.40% during the current week, reaching $4,262.84 per ounce, according to data issued by Qatar National Bank (QNB).
According to Qatar News Agency, the data showed that the price of gold rose from $4,044.39 per ounce recorded on Sunday. It also indicated that other precious metals recorded weekly changes, with silver rising by 7.60% to $62.07 per ounce, compared to $57.68 recorded early in the week, while platinum rose by 6.77%, reaching $1,761.77 per ounce, compared to $1,650.02 recorded on Sunday.
