Gold Holds Near One-week High, Up 0.2%

Spain: Gold prices held steady on Tuesday after hitting their highest level in over a week during the previous session, as markets remained cautious, awaiting further developments. Spot gold rose 0.2% to $4,315.87 per ounce after gaining 3.6% on Monday. Meanwhile, US gold futures for August delivery fell 0.3% to $4,337.10 per ounce.

According to Qatar News Agency, other precious metals also declined, with spot silver dropping 1.0% to $69.29 per ounce, platinum falling 0.9% to $1,751.55 per ounce, and palladium declining 1.6% to $1,327.27 per ounce.
