Doha: The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) strongly condemned the Iranian attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait using ballistic missiles and drones.
According to Qatar News Agency, GCC Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed AlBudaiwi stated that these attacks pose a direct threat to the security, stability, and safety of citizens and residents in Bahrain and Kuwait. He emphasized that these actions represent a clear violation of international law and the UN Charter.
He further noted that the attacks undermine international and regional efforts aimed at establishing security and peace and resolving the crisis. The GCC reiterated its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait to strengthen their security, safeguard their sovereignty, and preserve the integrity of their territories.
