GCC Leaders Emphasize Investment in Gulf Youth, Says Council Chief

London: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, has affirmed that the leaders of GCC states prioritize investment in the youth, focusing on developing their capabilities and skills. This emphasis stems from a belief that youth are central to the future progress and development of the GCC states.

According to Qatar News Agency, Albudaiwi's remarks came during the closing ceremony of a course organized by the Gulf Academy for Leaders and Innovation (GALI) in the United Kingdom. He highlighted the commitment of GCC states to create a supportive environment for youth, offering opportunities to gain knowledge and experience. The aim is to enhance their abilities and transform their ideas into initiatives that benefit their societies, enabling effective participation in future development amidst global changes.

Albudaiwi expressed pride in the potential and ambitions of GCC youth, stating that investing in them equates to investing in the GCC's future. He wished the course participants success and expressed gratitude to those who contributed to achieving the course's objectives.
