Gaza City: A Palestinian child died on Monday morning from wounds sustained when Israeli warplanes bombed his family’s home in Deir al-Balah two days prior. The child’s death marks the complete erasure of his family from the Palestinian civil registry, as no surviving members remain.
According to Qatar News Agency, since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have launched an ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip. This has resulted in the deaths of 54,418 citizens, with the majority being children and women, and has left 124,190 others wounded. These figures are preliminary, as many victims remain trapped under rubble or are unreachable on the streets by ambulances and rescue crews.
