Five Injured in Russian Attack on Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Region

Doha: Five people, including a child, were injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region on Wednesday, Ukrainian authorities said.

According to Qatar News Agency, Oleksandr Hanza, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported on Telegram that Russian forces launched drone, guided bomb, and artillery attacks on four locations in the region: Nikopol district and the communities of Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, and Pokrovske.

The attacks resulted in damage to a medical clinic, a shop, private homes, and vehicles, leaving five individuals, including a child, injured. The Ukrainian state news agency, Ukrinform, provided details on the extent of the damage and injuries.

The incident is part of an escalation in the ongoing conflict, with both sides increasing drone and missile attacks on military positions and critical infrastructure in recent months.
