European Stock Markets Open Mixed As Investors Await Global Developments

Geneva: European stock markets opened trading on Friday with mixed performance as investors awaited developments in global markets and assessed the impact of falling oil prices and the direction of US monetary policy. According to Qatar News Agency, the British FTSE 100 index in London fell by 0.12 percent amid continued political uncertainty in the United Kingdom. Investors are closely monitoring these fluctuations as they weigh the potential effects of external economic factors on the European market landscape.
