Doha: European stock indices experienced a decline as trading concluded on Thursday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Stoxx Europe 600 index saw a decrease of 4 points, or 0.72 percent, finishing at 549.82. This decline reflects a broader trend across major European markets on the day.
The German DAX index also reported a downturn, dropping 114.13 points, or 0.47 percent, to close at 24,008.27. Similarly, the British FTSE 100 index fell by 47.20 points, or 0.54 percent, ending the day at 8,739.26. Meanwhile, the French CAC 40 index declined by 46.05 points, or 0.58 percent, to close at 7,864.44.
These developments come amid ongoing fluctuations in the European stock markets, indicating a cautious approach by investors as they navigate current economic conditions.
