Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, surging to 5 feet during thundery rain, while offshore will be 8 to 11/16 feet during thundery rain. Visibility inshore will be 4 to 8 KM / 1 kilometer or less during thundery rain. Offshore will also be 4 to 9 KM / 1 kilometer or less during thundery rain.
