Doha: Weather, inshore, until 6:00 am on Sunday will be mild to relatively cold with scattered clouds and hazy at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be fine, becoming scattered clouds to partly cloudy with a chance of rain at places later, which may be thundery at the southern area. The report added a warning of thundery rain associated with strong wind and high sea over the southern area later.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knots. Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly at a speed of 08 to 15 knots, gusting to 23 knots with thundery rain. The sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, while offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet, surging to 7 feet with thundery rain. Visibility inshore will be 04 to 09 kilometers, while offshore it will also be 04 to 09 kilometers or 03 kilometers or less with thundery rain.
