Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Friday will be hot to very hot with slight dust daytime, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be hazy at times, with warnings of strong wind and high sea at first.
According to Qatar News Agency, inshore winds are expected to be northwesterly at 04-14 KT, gusting to 24 KT during the daytime. Offshore, winds will be northwesterly at 7-17 KT, with gusts reaching up to 26 KT initially. The sea state inshore is predicted to be 1-3 FT, rising to 5 FT initially, while offshore conditions will range from 2-4 FT, rising to 8 FT at first. Visibility inshore will vary from 4 to 9 kilometers, whereas offshore visibility will be between 4 and 8 kilometers.
