Doha: The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning regarding the weather conditions expected until 6:00 am on Friday. The inshore weather will be cold with scattered clouds, and offshore conditions will be slightly dusty with occasional clouds.
According to Qatar News Agency, the department has highlighted the possibility of strong winds and high seas. Inshore winds are expected to be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly, ranging from 03 to 13 knots. Offshore winds will be northwesterly at 10 to 20 knots, with gusts reaching up to 30 knots at times.
The sea state inshore is predicted to range from 2 to 5 feet, while offshore conditions will vary from 3 to 6 feet, with surges reaching up to 10 feet occasionally. Visibility inshore is expected to be between 05 to 10 kilometers, and offshore visibility will range from 04 to 09 kilometers.
