Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT gusting to 24 KT later. The visibility will be 05 to 09 Kilometers. The sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet later. Offshore, it will be 2 – 4 feet, surging to 8 feet later.
