Doha: Weather inshore tonight until 6:00 am on Wednesday will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a chance of scattered rain at places at times, maybe thundery later, relatively cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected thundery rain at places later.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore, it will be cloudy with a chance of scattered rain maybe thundery later, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea, thundery rain.
Wind inshore will be northeasterly – southeasterly 05 – 15 KT gusting to 25 KT at times. Offshore, it will be mainly northeasterly – southeasterly 15 – 21 KT gusting to 30 at times.
The visibility will be 5 – 9 KM / 3 KM or less at places with thundery rain later. The sea state inshore will be 2 – 4 FT, rising to 5 FT at times. Offshore, it will be 4 – 6 FT, rising to 10 FT at times.
