Doha: Weather, inshore, until 6:00 am on Friday will be cold and hazy, becomes misty to foggy at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor horizontal visibility at places later.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will see scattered clouds with a weak chance of light rain at first. The report added that inshore winds will mainly be northwesterly to southwesterly at speeds of 03 to 12 knots. Offshore winds are expected to be northwesterly at speeds of 05 to 15 knots, gusting to 20 knots at times.
The sea state inshore will range from 1 to 3 feet, surging to 4 feet at times, while offshore conditions will see the sea state between 2 to 4 feet, surging to 6 feet at times. Visibility inshore is expected to range from 04 to 09/02 kilometers or less at places later, whereas offshore visibility will be between 05 to 09 kilometers.
