Defense Minister Thabet Al-Abbasi confirmed: 'The Iraqi government will frame its relationship with the United States of America in accordance with the law and the constitution.' Al-Abbasi said in a press statement during the second round of dialogue in Washington, reported by the semi-official Iraqi News Agency: 'The Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, is keen to create sustainability between the Iraqi and American Ministries of Defense.'
