Jerusalem: Dozens of colonists stormed on Tuesday morning the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF).
According to Qatar News Agency, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported Palestinian sources as saying that the colonists have intensified their incursions into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and their provocative performance of Talmudic rituals over the past two days. This activity has coincided with the Hanukkah Hebrew holiday, during which the IOF has tightened control over Jerusalemites, particularly in the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City.
The incursions are viewed as part of the occupation's efforts to obliterate the Islamic and historical identity of Al-Quds. They aim to implement plans for both the temporal and spatial division of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
