Doha: HE Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ), Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Faisal Al-Thani, met with HE Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Laziz Shavkatovich Kudratov, during his visit and the accompanying delegation to the State of Qatar.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on cooperation efforts to strengthen economic relations in investment and trade between the two countries. The discussions highlighted the investment opportunities and benefits offered by Qatar's free zones, aiming to attract Uzbek companies to invest and establish their businesses in Qatar.
The high-level meeting was attended by senior officials from QFZ and concluded with an introductory tour of the Business Innovation Park at Ras Bufontas Free Zone.
