MADLSA Adds Five New E-Services to “Amerni App”

The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) launched the third services package of Amerni app for smart phones, which helps provide swift and easy services to individuals and companies.

The ministry added five new services, bringing the total number available on the app to 32.

After adding the third service pack, the user will be able to file complaints with the violating butler, and domestic workers can also file formal complaints, in addition to other services provided by the Labor Relations Department.

The app is characterized by its ease of use to request services and inquire about them, as the users can complete their service in three simple steps, starting with obtaining the user name and password through the national authentication system, and then logging in through the application.
