Basra, Basra Municipality Directorate announced the removal of 3,000 tons of waste during the past two days. Municipality Director Engineer Firas Abdul Khaleq Omran said in a statement: 'No less than 3,000 tons of waste were removed for the seventh and tenth of Muharram.' He stated, 'The Prestige Cleaning Company began its work on 7/15 and began removing waste, soil, and rubble, in addition to distributing large and small containers to homes,' noting that the cleaning file assigned to the company includes three service branches, namely Al-Maqal, Al-Ghadeer, and Rabat, in addition to Al-Ihsan Company, which carries out Cleaning work in Al-Khora and Al-Qibla districts.'
