Bahraini, Egyptian Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Affairs and Bilateral Relations

Manama: Bahraini foreign minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty addressed the current situation in the Middle East during a call Monday. The conversation covered a range of pressing issues pertaining to regional dynamics and collaboration.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministers discussed recent developments in the region and examined international efforts aimed at de-escalating tensions. They emphasized the importance of resolving crises through dialogue and diplomatic solutions. Ensuring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and international waterways was also a key topic of discussion, as both sides underlined the necessity of maintaining regional security and stability.

In addition to regional affairs, the call included a review of bilateral relations between Bahrain and Egypt. The ministers explored avenues to enhance cooperation and strengthen ties between the two nations.
